Suzanne Berman

Suzanne G. Berman – Environmental Engineer

As a senior manager and environmental engineer, Suzanne Berman has over 20 years experience in project management, environmental remediation, construction and compliance. Suzanne earned her BS in Business Administration from Washington University and a Masters of Science in Environmental Sciences and Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, and her experience offers expertise in a wide array of environmental issues including: Air and Water Quality, Noise Abatement Issues, Environmental Remediation, Spill Response, Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Waste Disposal, Recycling, Chemical Inventories, Dangerous Goods Transportation and Fuel Operations.

While with Los Alamos Technical Associates she was responsible for all technical operations in support of the transference of non-nuclear weapons technology from Rocky Flats to other Department of Energy facilities. Her work for EG&G, Sun Microsystems, JetBlue Airways, and Rocky Flats has included extensive experience with various Federal and State Regulatory Agencies including negotiating regulatory requirements with the EPA, Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the Department of Energy.
