Hilary Sullivan, Ph.D. - Dairy Nutritionist
Hilary Sullivan received a B.S. in Animal Science/Biotechnology from the University of Massachusetts in 1996 and her Ph.D. in Animal & Dairy Science from the University of Georgia in 2002. As an Assistant Professor of Animal Science at New Mexico State University, Dr. Sullivan published numerous papers on dairy nutrition and ruminant microbiology. She is an authority in dairy science, management and economics. Dr. Sullivan recently left her Dairy Extension Specialist position at NMSU and is now the owner of the “Back in Dixie Dairy” in Georgia, in addition to being a private consultant on dairy science and nutrition.
