The Eco-Sol Difference

Proprietary processing techniques

  • Truly Green biodiesel production maximizing the use of renewable reactants, and catalysts which provide usable by-products, thus eliminating waste, improving safety, and reducing environmental liabilities.
  • Less dependence on fossil fuel by eliminating the use of methanol.
  • Chemical free extraction potential for Organic product line.
  • Selection of geographically appropriate agricultural byproducts and non-edible oilseeds as feedstock.
  • Development of new arid land crops based on solid research.
  • Support of local agricultural economies by working with farmers seeking more profitable alternative production crops due to drought and global market surpluses.
  • Stand alone profitability of multiple product closed-loop operations.

Eco-Sol’s solid business model is not dependent on subsidies for profitability. Any subsidies available to us will be taken advantage of and will add to profitability, but will not be the source of profits.

Most current biodiesel operations use refined soy oil resulting in logistical problems that are offset by soy subsidies and tax incentives. Many operations using food grade refined oils for biodiesel do not show the hidden costs of material loss during refining, or material transportation from thousands of miles away. Additionally, for some competitors, profitability is based on prices for refined soy oil that are low due to the current market oversupply. Projected increase in biodiesel production will quickly dry up this surplus.

  • Minimal refining and energy expended in production coupled with minimized transportation costs.
  • Establishing milling operations near major points of consumption positions us for entry into biodiesel production, or as suppliers of feedstock for other biodiesel producers.
  • A closed-cycle “farm to the fuel tank” approach producing both renewable energy and high quality feed products.
  • Eliminating the excessive refining steps required for industry standard food grade oils by using raw virgin oils.
  • Provide utility companies with a clean renewable fuel source for use as fuel for meeting current and future federal and state renewable power mandates in a much require.
  • Producing biodiesel for the under recognized target markets of Red-Diesel/ Off-Highway and power generation markets.
  • Eliminates cost and expense of EPA tier 1 and 2 Testing, currently prohibitively expensive.

Most biodiesel is produced for on road use, which currently poses costly legal and political obstacles. With the increasing demand for alternative fuels, these cost driven barriers to entry to the public transportation market will be minimized in the coming years by pending and future legislation.
